The 10′×10′ louvered aluminum pergola with the operable roof and beam lighting, installed by our crew; four Breeo X Series chairs with the OutRig tray and cupholder; the Breeo X24 smokeless fire pit with grill, lid and ash shovel; and one Breeo accessory you choose. Not included: a new patio slab if there's no surface yet, city permit fees, and extras like heaters, audio or privacy screens. Those get priced on the design, before anything is signed. Need something bigger than 10′×10′? That's a custom build, priced by the square foot, and the Breeo pieces can still come along.

Usually three to four weeks from signing to sitting under it. That covers footings, structure, louver motor, lighting and the furniture, not just the first visit. Weather and ground conditions can move it a little either way, and we'll tell you if they do.

It's built for it. The frame is 100% T5 aluminum, so it doesn't rust, and it's rated to withstand hurricanes and 6,600 pounds of snow. The louvers close solid to shed snow and drainage runs down inside the posts. The chairs are poly lumber, warrantied against cracking and splintering, and the fire pit is corten steel, which is meant to weather.

Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Horace and Casselton most weeks, and we're up in lake country regularly: Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, Nevis, Walker and Brainerd. A cabin build usually doesn't carry the travel charge people expect, since we're already driving up there.
